Wife was also surprised by KM's playcalling last Monday. "Where has this been for the last 5 weeks". Remember, early last season when KM was running all of the motion before the snap? You tell me which KM show's up and I will predict the score. Just please keep that short option pass in the middle of the field. Got them 8-9 yards every time they ran that route.

the QB is the queen in NFL chess. if Dak shows up, i think we match up better in that critical position. purdy, as a rookie who has well overperformed so far, i don't think has faced a defense as aggressive and opportunistic as the boys. if they're able to spook him, their house of cards could fall.
I dare you to call Dak a queen to his face! :muttley::muttley::muttley:

If you dont know the basics of football at least don’t open your mouth
I dis-agree with 80% of Ken's narratives on this board around Dak etc... but the guy knows football. Your statement is unjust.

Isn’t AJ Brown the more complete version of Deebo?
Some of our fanbase are reliving the glory days from the 90s..... there is no reasoning with them. That win last week really let out some pent out energy for some of them, which is ok. But from a realistic view, yes you and most normal people here are right.. AJ Brown is a more complete wr, and Goddert (before injury) was on pace to have a top 3-4 TE year.

For those who are comparing Eagles offense to 9ers:

1. CMC has like 600 more yards receiving than Sanders.
2. Assuming Hurts is healthy Eagles offense is just as solid
3. AJ Brown is more of a deep and overall receiving threat than Deebo. Deebo is a better YAC receiver. He does alot of screen passes, tosses, shallow crossing routes, he fits niners offense better because he allows 9ers to get the ball out faster and it limits the passrush. Where if you are the eagles you will have to have to protect the QB long enough for AJ to get down field to utilize his strength.
4. Overall our players are more versatile. Deebo can play RB/WR. Kittle plays TE and blocks like a Olineman. CMC can play RB/WR. Juice can play FB/TE. Aiyuk and Jennings are excellent blocking WRs. You'll see some formations with (2 WRs, 1TE, FB and RB) and if they catch you in a tradditional 4-3 they will audible to empty backfield and make those linebackers cover CMC Kittle and Deebo in space.

Exactly Micah, I don't understand the perceived fear honestly.... Dallas is a different animal.

He is wrong because they faced KC in week 7. They got beat pretty decisively, but had several starters out in the game and McCafferty had just arrived. They’ve played their best football with Purdy. This is a much better 49ers team than the one that faced KC.
Seeing how they played their best football under Purdy, would you have preferred to play against Purdy or Garoppolo?

I have defended Jimmy for years. But a blind squirrel can see Purdy is better than Jimmy. 9ers were averaging like 23/24 pts/game under Jimmy. They are now averaging 33/34 pts/game under Purdy.

Purdy is 11-0 and has given SF a spark. I would’ve rather played against Jimmy G. We’ve seen this movie before with QBs that take over for an injured QB and take their team to another level. There’s been five instances where QBs took over for an injured starter, and led their team to a Super Bowl win. Jeff Hostetler, Doug Williams, Kurt Warner, Tom Brady, and Nick Foles. I get that Purdy is a rookie, but he’s not playing like one.
