Micah believes 2025 can turnaround quick

I would of though you'd support Micah's take, he's actually advocating going All-In on the fully restructured contracts.
we could. will we? defintely not. that's not Jonses goal or style. I mean for Gawd's sake he is looking for a coach that would agree to incentive laden contract. which good coach would do that?
essentially what Jerry said is if we win, then I make money, then I will pay you. but if we lose, and I don't make money, then I won't pay you. also, don't forget I make personnel decisions. you want Henry!? too bad. I will sign zeke and tell you to put that pile of cr@p in the middle of a plate and call it filet mignon and if people don't like it, its your fault, I won't pay you.

which good sane coach would agree to that?

This idea of an incentive paid contract is a direct blame on the coaching for his failings and the players he's bought.
The whole 'Henry' position is interesting, the time to sign him was the trade deadline 2023 (but the cost was a 1st Rd, and in hindsight wasn't going to get that Championship/SB game).
2024 was too late, we were Soft Reset, and he wasn't going to come to us over Baltimore (though yes Jerry would of found an excuse if we were properly contending).

2023 eneded up a soft reset...after the fact. when you are 12-5 you don't reset, you make moves to get over the hump. we made every wrong move possible.

Key words: attack this thing the right way. Micah is like us in a way, he holds out hope that the Joneses will aggressively attack deficiencies. We've been at this longer as fans, though, and know that's not going to happen.

I think it will be hard to turn it around next year even if our roster stays healthy because we look to already be down two starters in Overshown and Diggs. We're starting off behind the eight-ball with a front office that thinks we're playing darts.

Washington done switched spots with the Cowboys for playoff spots..
Well, I think based on the two games this year that a case can be made that we're still better than Washington if we had a healthy team this year since we beat them and almost beat them again with an unhealthy team. However, their young QB is likely to only get better and when they are eliminated from the playoffs, they will make more moves to try to put up more of a challenge.

Anyone who thinks Henry would have made any significant difference to this team's SUCCESS...is delusional.

I'm not saying we wouldn't couldn't or shouldn't have signed him. We certainly coulda, woulda, shoulda.

but we'd still have:

Coop/Trey/dak
Dowdle backup (not bad btw)
TEs that can't block or be tough up the field
An inept o-line that can barely block as an o-line let alone pancake up the field.
MM who can't seem to design cohesive run plays that complement passing
MM who Can't seem to design passing plays to complement run game
Certain position players who MM can't get to compliment other position players
A very cool tough defensive player trying to do everything by himself, when usually a double/triple team can be taken advantage of but we couldn't.

And to be fair, some injuries...some legit some who knows.

And:
Jerry.

This notion Henry alone would have saved the season is totally nuts. I mean almost as crazy as Jerry.
