I certainly believe this team can turn it around too, but only if they actually make attempts at upgrades in free agency and find a few productive rookies. If this team found a more dynamic running game, and a pro bowl caliber DT along with the right staff this team would look very different. Not to say those are the only positions that can be upgraded, but would certainly make the biggest difference in getting them back on track.
