honsetly while DT plays a role i think its more on the outside where we are getting killed. The DE are not keeping contain and when they do the Lbs are nowhere to be found until 6 yard down the field

Our sorry LB's are the issue more than the DT's. They're slow to the hole, to the ball, to the tackle, everything. Roquan would've been good for this unit.

I think the same. It doesn't seem to be right up the gut is where were getting beat so much- but outside. Our DEs are in love with padding stats with sacks and we have to have the worst LB play in the league. Thats seems to be more the problem than just the DTs.

When a payer is a FA, and signs with another team, depending the value of the contract, a team may be awarded a comp pick.
There are so many comp picks awarded each year, I want to say 36 total, and no team can get more than 4 picks awarded. They go from rounds 3 through 7.

I also believe they need to be over $1 million per year, and the top 36 contracts, are eligible to qualify.

Right now we are projected to get 3 comp picks for 2023. They will not be officially announced until March or April.
There was a poster used to post on here was 100% accurate on his predictions, But I don't think he has an account anymore. Adam JT13 or something like that. I believe once this site started using his formula, he stopped posting here.

I doubt if Hill would get an offer to quality, however he was claimed off waivers by the Cardinals. Since he was waived, so we get nothing anyway.

I don't understand what people expect Micah to do. he is only one player. If the guys in front of him aren't doing their job, idc if he's superman he can't make his way through nfl lineman on every play. Sure he can get off blocks, but if the o lineman are at the second level already there is nothing he can do.

Even the great ray lewis hated when the ravens went 3-4 d because he had to take on guards more often.

The defensive line is supposed to maintain gap responsibility so the linebackers can flow to the ball.

The Giants stunk for several years after LT came to town.. They were 9-7 his rookie year but 7-19-1 the next two seasons. It took them 3-4 more years of good drafts (and promoting Parcells to HC) for that team to get good. One player might make a difference.. but one player can't turn a bad team into a good one all by his lonesome.

I think it's both DL and LBs. DLaw is the only guy along the front 7 you can count on to consistently execute his assignment in the running game. The rest are either getting washed out or slow to the hole.
