Micah is the only guy getting pressure. DQ failed this defense by dropping Micah back too often. The DB's can't cover for 2 seconds, so if a guy like Rodgers has a clean pocket that is all he needs to complete a 60 yard pass as we just saw multiple times. That DL failing to get pressure when Micah isn't rushing is absolutely the saddest thing to watch. You'd think that if they can't get pressure they would be solid against the run but no, they suck at both without Micah on the line.

Micah didn't play a good game either. He might be hurt but the defense is having a mid season meltdown . Kind of a Dak like meltdown .

Happen to have NFL LIVE on before and Marcus Spears broke down the Aaron Jones TD run and pointed out that Dante Fowler was the guy that screwed up on his stunt and didn’t fill the gap.

Had an all 22 breakdown of it. So that explained that one at least.

Stop playing parsons at DE and play him in the middle at linebacker. Stop saving him for 3rd downs.

That's the easy thing to complain about....blame the DTs and MLB for all the problems against the run. DEs rush the passer, DBs are for coverage, and the middle guys are supposed to stop every run. Reality is its a team game, and it gets a lot easier when you have well rounded players at all positions.

There is a reason we see RBs and WRs not hit the field often because they cant block. It's the same concept on defense, just not discussed.

Bingo......and we have a glaring problem at the LB position that is going unscathed or mildly touched on.

we got a 14 point lead doing that into the 4th quarter. It was a team loss but it was the D folding in the 4th that was the bigger issue.

Is this more of a gap containment thing vs just getting beat at the POA?

I think its more of the former, than the latter. players will get beat. but to be this bad, you either have to be beat almost every time at POA or you don't have gap discipline. right now, we don't have gap discipline.

Whatever do you mean, Mr. Parsons?

I think maybe there is some freelancing, the question is it free lancing because players are feeling pressure or is it free lancing to try and get money stats.
