This is Micah playing Jedi mind tricks like Jerry is doing by letting the universe and Milky Way know that he won't pick up a phone to discuss bettering his before the trade dealine
You would make a fine defensive coordinatorMaybe someone needs to introduce him to cocaine…
Dude’s got too much dawg in him to not give his best effort.jerry will never let him go, if parsons wants to leave, he will have to not extend, then go thru 2 franchise tags to be a free agent.
Or he could play really bad his last contract year, make it known he isnt going to play hard.
Be funny to see him fly by qb's and somehow just miss them.
I don't know. I can't claim to have read everything Micah has ever professed or felt. I know he puts a lot of it out there on his own, but I haven't followed every article, report, blog post about his allegiances. And fans also like to create a narrative that's never been made. Micah has never said he was a Eagles fan the media assumed as much because he went to a Sixers game and he's from PA.
I agree. I don’t think he will want to sign a second contract with Dallas, but my reasoning is that he knows his body is not designed for a long shelf life as a 4-3 DE. He knew that this off-season as he tried to add muscle weight to hold up better in the run game….fail. Unless he’s a “love being a Cowboy; Cowboys for life” guy, he will want to go to a 3-4 defense and truly become the next LT. The problem is we will never get 2 #1 picks for a defensive player. Plus, Jerry will think he can sign him up and through his final year and be surprised that he goes somewhere else. I really don’t think it will be about winning; there’s no sure thing on winning. It will be about his career.I honestly feel like Parsons won't be here for much longer. He will want to go somewhere that's championship ready. Hopefully we can get 2-3 1st rounders for him tho and get a generational QB in the draft. I'd rather have superb QB play than a edge rusher.
Championship?
Oh good, unsourced speculation from the first thing that shows up when you Google "Micah Parsons Eagles Fan" that has no byline and is from a company that's huge in Spain lol."Parsons, who hails from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has long been a fan of Philly's sports teams, including Dallas' bitter rivals, the Eagles."
He was emotional because he knew regardless of how good or bad he played he got drafted by the one organization that will give him the most exposure, thus making him the most money, and as long as he's popular then winning is secondary behind money making in Dallas.
That's why most guys want to play for Dallas. They know the star equals money.
And here we go again…Micah Has always been an Eagles fan
I wouldn’t mark that down if I were you. The Cowboys have little chance beating them in Philly. We’ve taken it on the chin twice on the road this season. We’re going to have a tough time staying within two scores of them. We have a better chance of beating them at home later in the season. We’ve been good at home the past two seasons, but the game in Philly could get ugly. I think there’s a pretty good gap between Philly and the Cowboys. They’re a legit championship caliber team. They won't be #1 after we beat them.
Why you mad?Oh good, unsourced speculation from the first thing that shows up when you Google "Micah Parsons Eagles Fan" that has no byline and is from a company that's huge in Spain lol.
Probably a site run by the same company that owns the bot farm you live at. There's no way a real person would be dumb enough to believe that as fact.
