They don't need practice squad players to go on strike. Don't even include them. Just use the bottom rung players on the team making 950k and up. They can call a strike if need be. There is by far enough of them. They won't, because they don't want to lose that big paycheck.

I'm not totally disagreeing with you. I told you, I've been in unions since 1987. I'm very much pro union. But you need member support. Are they supposed to act unwelcomed? They can't do that.

A dime a dozen union member is more likely to go on strike because in many cases it's about survival. An NFL player making much more is much less likely to go on strike because it's not about survival, it's about bling.

It's not an easy task. I agree. I am simply saying it is how the union should work.

Micah is doing the right thing. If he was to receive a career ending injury in the last year of his contract, the NFL contract culture would drop him like a bad habit. There is no denying Micah is a generational talent and he should exploit that unicorn status to his benefit.

I agree. Love the talent when hes focused. Hate all the other crap. Yes, in some ways Jerry and Stephen are victims in this. In other ways they are the cause due to how they approach extending players. This isn't 1950 lol. You normally don't operate via handshake and verbal agreements today. Thats just a dumb way to operate a business. I feel the agent however has hurt Micahs chances of being here and wouldn't be shocked if him wanting traded was a ploy that the agent cooked up with him. Unfortunately, Micah is taking this charade too far. Both sides need to meet and hammer out either a trade or an extension. The last option would be to keep him and have him play out his final year, revisit this or tag him next march. Here's 1 twist maybe we haven't considered, and we can't rule it out, what if all parties involved are dragging this out KNOWING Micah aint going anywhere and they already have the deal done just not signed?Remember Jerry and the cowboys have the netflix thing due out. So just a little insight, Micah‘s lawyer is a customer of mine and is telling me all the GM‘s have side talks with their players. It’s not uncommon. It’s just JERRA is old school and expects a private conversation to he solidify the contract. They all do it …. Micah has no leverage at all. I personally would like to get draft capital and move him to a poor performaning team .
He is not a like able character. Just my opinion.

You have some verified info on that? Never seen that reported as fact. Never given to Parsons’ legal representation means it was never officially submitted.

Why should Parsons actually take a TEAM FRIENDLY deal when he's watched Prescott sign TWO insane contracts that are far from being TEAM FRIENDLY????????? Before Prescott signed his second overpaid contract he was mouthing off to the press that he wasn't interested in a TEAM FRIENDLY deal, he was more interested in jacking up the amount of money that current and FUTURE NFL QUARTERBACKS could pull in because of HIS insane contract. Is Parsons worth being paid top Edge Rusher money, hell no, he's a one trick pony you has issues staying on the field when the game is on the line and he struggles against linemen who are run blocking him. Parsons should be traded for some TOP draft picks in 2026 and 2027.

According to a recent report from Bobby Belt of 105.3 The Fan in Dallas, who interviewed Parsons' agent, it was relayed that Mulugheta has reached out to the Cowboys twice in 18 months.
