The guy needed a baby sitter for goodness sakes. Perhaps the most physically gifted player of all times. Perhaps the least prepared player of all time. Signed his massive deal then fell off the face of the earth. He wanted it all right.

Agreed. The term Alpha is thrown around now when it probably should not be. D Flaw is considered an alpha for the defense problem is he sets the wrong example. He sets the example of selfishness and only cares about himself. A real alpha calls out his teammates when they stink. A real alpha gets in peoples faces when they are not working hard enough. A real alpha sets an insane standard and forces the rest of the team to follow. Diggs could not exist on a team with reals alphas. J Smooth would not be able to exist. Zeke would never have been welcomed back. We have a leadership that enables all of the dysfunction. Alphas would not allow it to happen.
