I laugh at these negative parsons threads. I can't wait till he leaves in Free agency and wins a super bowl with a contender. He's one of the most dynamic players in football, it's clear the defense has been better with him. But again he has a podcast so people hate on him. We can't direct hate toward the owner anymore, so we do toward the players. Same happened with ware.

Micah parsons shouldn't even be out there in a game that means nothing. But he's choosing to play.
Lol if he ever gets out of here it won't be via free agency

yeah, thats what happens when you have two guys blocking you and run away from your side. wonder who had the most QB pressures though?
With all due respect buddahjoe445.......once Micah gets paid.....shouldn't we hoist all the responsibility on him, on the defensive side? That's what we do on here.

As for the game yesterday, I saw several run plays one OL took Micah out and I saw the Eagles do what good teams do to a good pass rusher.......run at him and get chunks. That's what I saw. No offense to Micah, but it what it is. We don't make provisions of any kind that are positive for the other guy that's injured now, on the other side of the ball.........why are we doing that for the guy that was once described as the next LT?

Micah deserves to get paid. He impacts his side of the ball more significantly more than guy on the other side of the ball. If the team is the same whether you play or not then you probably shouldn't be the highest paid player in the league, let alone a highly paid player. Defense was total garbage without Micah.

They already pay someone $60 million a year for that!
Pee Wee Herman once said "I know you are, but what am I?" This is very similar.

Now back to Micah. Micah said, “If you take away the scoreboard, it was really about five plays that decided this game.” How in the heck can you take away the scoreboard?
I honestly like Micah and root for his success, like I do every player on the team. I have to go with "Cmon Man!" on this quote.

Can you image if football was like boxing. No score until the game was over.

IMO, Zimmer is using Micah totally wrong. The way Quinn used him was perfect. You just can't have him sitting on the right side 90% of the time running into a wall. Quinn moved him all over that line.

....and we could praise or blame just one.

But this board would blame the trainer, manager, lady the night before, the caterer, the promoter, the Round girls, the entourage, the cut man, the kids at home, the scorekeepers......if they like you......never mind a score card that is unanimous, the bad cut above the eye, lost mouthpiece, wobbly legs, going to the wrong corner, a few knockdowns, and a standing eight count.

I think Saquon caused Micah stop, that block may have taken some air out of Micah. So he may have been recovering from that block that he didn't see coming. I'm no Micah apologist, and I'm not sure if the Cowboys should keep him...I'd at least dangle him out there for some picks behind closed doors. But on this play, I think he may have gotten the wind knocked out of him for a moment.

If you're referring to their RT, and I assume you are, he's possibly the best in the league, so it's not like he's being stopped by a scrub.

And nothing is wrong with that. Eagles OL is not bad. Some days you get beat, some days you get outplayed with your matchups in the NFL. Now that wasn't so hard. But it's rather baffling that some went extra to downplay or defend Micah getting beat, even to the point of complete denial........yet we don't see that on the other side of the ball ever for the hated one on this board.....just pure hate and unadulterated bias without any kind of regard or even while not on the field. See how that works.

Are you talking to me as though I treat Dak that way? (assuming that's the "hated one" to whom you're referring) Personally, I'd love it if he came back and became the QB he'd shown promise of being. Last season, he showed signs of everything clicking at once, and I was hoping he was about to break out and become elite. Then came the tough teams, and then came this season. I have little hope left for him at this point, but I'm not one of the ones futilely trying to run him out of town.

If you're talking about someone else...well, I have no grudge against any Dallas Cowboy, though there are times when I'd be fine with someone here or there being upgraded.

Runwildboys....no I'm not referring to you, and no malice intent......just commenting on how our fellow posters or trendy responses are in regards to points you made. Again, no bad intent meant. And even if we disagreed, it would always be civil.

Micah usually catches his breath on run plays.

Quinn's way is definitely much better, but in every season, regardless of scheme and use, Micah gets tired by game 14 or 15 and is a total dud from that point, because he's gassed. That includes playoff games.

They do that on a regular basis......even shots at player that's been injured for a while, player that is on the field for a few plays, player that had a QB disconnect with him. Mingo and Zeke were credited with changing momentum......we didn't have any momentum after one bounce back drive.......then.......we had a dumb 3 & 1 play (situational football?), a fear to go for it (lack of confidence) after fake punts were flowing like a busted pipe, we had an early pick 6 that brought more negative comments about the injured QB (hate) than the starting QB (mythical expectations), we saw our WR group (one of the worse) has been trash all year, we saw our D get gutted in the air, then gutted in the run, we saw a 3rd string QB having never played, look like a 5 year veteran.

As for Micah.......it's rather simple.......lots of talking during the weeks that doesn't measure up on the field. I saw Philly OL whipping him like a bad kid, but many will say there was a lot of holding. I saw two tackles on the stat sheet. I'm still waiting for the Top DE list on the podcast, since he knows how to discredit, minimize or simply disrespect his own teammate regularly and possibly alienate others with the "I don't have to be the highest paid" or "there's not much difference between $40M and $30M". I like Micah, but he's a continuing "front runner" during the week .....but the film don't lie. Just maybe your pass rush or chaos would have helped Booth, a practice squad candidate, a bit. Don't tell me Micah needs help.....we don't say that for our injured QB. We say our injured QB is stat padding or piling numbers up against the bad teams.......seen Micah's stats?
Any excuses they have for Micah they can use, it drives me nuts!! Play better come back in 25 and play hard the whole time

I thought Zim stated he gave Micah permission to move around and he was choosing to be in the same place.
