Yeah, that was my point. His account, at least according to TMZ, has a lot of details that would be very risky to state if he's lying. Not just the lack of sexual conduct but also saying he was only in the room for 15 minutes and giving a much different account of the text message he received. If he really left around 7-7:30 like she said [she said she saw him leaving when she woke up], and not between 4:30-5, just think how easy it would be for a security camera to catch him in the act of leaving or for someone to notice a celebrity heading out to his car. Giving a false detail like that would be incredibly stupid, especially if he stated that to police.

Too many people do that emotional disingenuous stuff that is very annoying on this topic. Oh you don't believe the woman you must be a woman hater or some other emotional garbage. Why can't we be neutral until more is known? These people esp guys are the worst. Actually, I've turned down many gorgeous, well-proportioned, well-endowed women.

My faith helps me resist a lot of pull. And I try not to put myself in the same situations. Be that as it may, whether I did it or Irvin did it, the good book says it's sin. It doesn't change just because I'm not faithful and don't comport to the standards of the book. I have my temptations; Irvin has his. I'm not judging him, but I'm not going to say him being in a room with a woman who is not his wife is the right call. (Heck, I don't think I even really commented on that outside our present discussion. My issue is that the situation doesn't look good for Irvin based on what I'm reading of this case.)

And on that note, I think we need to be done with this conversation.

If Irvin's DNA isn't found anywhere on her, then he should be home free.
That is the critical piece of evidence in this case - absent cameras in the room itself.
