I'm not hurting. Expected a collapse from this team led by a charlatan GM, choker QB, idiot HC, and overrated DC.
Unlike others the last person I blame is McCarthy. He was hired with both hands tied behind his back from the get go. What little chance he had to implement his offense was successful to a point but let's face it, no OC or HC is going to overcome a QB like Dak. It's just not possible.

He's right, hopefully all you head in the clouds folks came back down to Earth with the rest of us after last night. Looks like Playmaker is here with us, thank goodness. It's gonna take guys like him to turn on the company line to start making real change.

Watching teams like Baltimore and San Fran play this year, you knew the team lacks toughness and desire. It is really no surprise they lost, just a little sooner than I expected. I did know we would have a hard time with GB and said we would really have to out score them because I did not trust our D to contain them.

I did not expect Dak to hand the 14 pts though!

I’m in no way a MM apologist, but what I did watch of yesterday’s game before turning in disgust, I was wondering what was going through his mind.
The QB he was handed couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn. He could only play pitch and catch with the opposition.
The defense lead by DQ was playing the worst playoff game in Cowboy history.
He had to know by halftime that he’d never be a HC of a NFL team again at the conclusion of yesterday.

I do agree that Dak is not the guy. However, I think a bettter head coach could get more out of him by playing to his strengths, & putting him in better positions. It's his responsibility to do that. He's failed at that.

The number one job of the Head Coach is to have his team prepared. Did they look prepared to you..? Did they look motivated ? Did they even play with passion..? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then we were watching different games.

One of, if not the most penalized team in the league.... again. How many games this year did poor clock management bite us..? That's type of stuff is ALL on the Head Coach. Teams usually reflect the attitude of the head coach. McCarthy has simply continued camp cupcake, & the hollywood atmosphere of this team.

So, he wants to clean the house too?
Yes, Cowboys players who are ok with the losing and playoff embarrassments & are only here to collect their paychecks… need to go

Perhaps almost the entire team

In the video below about 3-4 minutes in; when Jimmy Johnson was hired… Irvin gave Jimmy a list of Cowboys players who needed to go since they were not here to win

Gotta love the Playmaker's passion and I feel the same way Mike.
A lot of people are....it's just amazing....year after year this organization can't get it right.

It starts with #4....

You get what you pay for....Jerry has always went cheap when it came to finding a franchise QB.

HOW MANY MORE times .....failures will it take for this franchise to realize your not going to find your franchise QB on day 3 of the draft? Or plug an undrafted guy in there....and everything will be ok?

For almost 30 years....this team has struggled to find the next great QB.

GOING FORWARD....it starts there.

Just because you pay a guy superstar money....doesn't mean he's a franchise QB.

He knew his team is only good enough to beat bad teams.

But was shocked to see his team get manhandled by a team just good enough to sneak into the playoffs.

So he knows his end is here.

If you’re not hurting, go find another team.
Why can't we be disappointed, frustrated and angry. I am not hurt at all. Some give credit to Jerry for the past championships; without Jimmy, this team has been an abject failure.

Not a single player on this current roster that has half the passion The Playmaker has. If only...
I believe that perhaps Fergeson may have the stuff, (the passion), you are alluding to. Beyond him, I can't think of anyone else. It is not only a culture of losing that permeates the Star, but a very different kind of athlete nowadays.

Michael needs to get a life. Most former players have acknowledged the losing culture and speak on it from time to time. Michael still trusts the Jones family to his own embarrassment.
This. Michael is not an intelligent person. Great football player but I don't care what he thinks. Michael was given a free pass on terrible choices he's made because he was as good as he was on the field.
