None of today's players want it as bad as Michael did. They all have generational wealth so if losing a playoff game is the worst thing that ever happens to them they'll have lived a good life.
The famous Tony romo press conference phrase.

Why can't we be disappointed, frustrated and angry. I am not hurt at all. Some give credit to Jerry for the past championships; without Jimmy, this team has been an abject failure.
That’s bologna also. Jimmy didn’t even want Troy Aikman. He wanted Jim Walsh. Please get a clue.

NFL gotta get rid of the salary cap for this team to win a S.B.
This is one thing that baffles me about owners. The penalty for going over the cap is loss of draft picks.
Why the hell would I care about draft picks if I can just buy whatever talent I want that is already proven?
Go to the SB almost every single year and laugh about losing a few draft pick that half the time turn out to be wasted time and money.
Until they ban cap violators from playoff I would violate it every year to get my trophies.

I avoided this forum last night. We have lots of disagreements, mainly about Dak, but the bottom line is we all took a major sucker punch to the gut last night. But I stayed away because I did not want to see any more negativity being projected on each other because that only would have made it worse.

We are all hurting right now. But as with everything maybe there is a bright side. A complete no-show like this could end up spurning the changes that need to be made. You never know.

I'm not hurting. Expected a collapse from this team led by a charlatan GM, choker QB, idiot HC, and overrated DC.
That’s how losers behave. They’re afraid so they hope the Cowboys lose so they can feel better about themselves.

Who mentioned any of that. Without Jimmy, this team has been trash. Let me guess, "What happened in Miami?"

I argue against the Drill Sargent coach schtick on here regularly...

But Michael's video and Jimmy Johnson's take at Halftime of the game on Fox are pretty dead on.

Jimmy and Michael want it still.

Strong words. They put it on his table and it was his job to keep there for those that followed.

Now the body count is about to climb again....Lamb is about to join the list.

Gee, then explain why he kept Aikman, and traded Steve Walsh.

Maybe, just maybe he drafted Walsh to encourage Aikman's development with competition, and always intended on trading Walsh for more capital?

I think you need to reassess your "clue".

This the kind of season that will make even the most optimistic, rose-colored glasses wearing Cowboy fan pissed. Pissed because we all know good and well the biggest problem is sitting in his luxury suite on his wrinkly arse thinking one of these years he will just get lucky and play in a NFCCG, not even the SB. Fixing a team begins at the top and makes its way down.

The frustration and disgust is because we also know this will not change. Not with the Jones' family in charge.

Do you think it was just Jimmy, Jerry had an awful lot to do with it. That’s the point.
