Deion is the only one who can somewhat put up and control Jerry if need be as he has the IT factor.

Same thing happens every year. A discussion topic pops up of Jerry Jones potentially doing something he would not typically do.

It would be atypical of Jones to hire a head coach who would both outshine his personality and challenge his authority over football operations. We will all see whether Deion Sanders will eventually be the latest atypical decision of his that actually happens.

That said, it will be funny as hell watching Sanders sit in the side chair beside Jones' draft war room throne. I can almost hear Chris Berman saying, "Primetime on the side!"
