True. The perfect coaching candidate doesn't exist, and the safest hires can be some of the worst. If you want to find a great one, you have to take a chance.

Bobby Petrino very highly thought of in College was run out of Atlanta in less then a year . The players were scathing . Urban Meyer Jax big name was a dud . Saban never made the NFL transition .

And I haven’t heard this answered yet how does Sanders and Son work ? How do you get him to Oxnard Frisco Arlington past the gutter in Charlotte and Cleveland unfolding or the Jets Giants wreck needing a QB in the draft . Presumably Dallas will not draft 1 2 or 3 .

And if you draft Sanders how does Prescotts ridiculous contract dissolve like Alka Seltzer ?

What would be fascinating and too much pressure for Prescott would be seeing the coaches son ( Sanders ) on the Cowboy sideline as another strip sack occurs or an interception sails into the arms of the safety .

The worst thing about the Prescott 9 yrs is this team never having viable competition for the QB job . No accountability .

If the Cowboys lose out they will be in the top 3. Sanders is ranked 11 on my board and the 2nd qb.
