That's the other thing. I don't think Deion would go for being a yes man. That's not in his DNA. Yet, he and Jerry apparently have a good relationship. Might be the best option we can get.

Jerry is a very personable guy and every coach who shakes his hand has nothing but glowing opinions of him. The man can work a room and get along with anyone. He's just never going to give a coach the kind of autonomy he gave Jimmy Johnson b/c he isn't going to risk being frozen out again. So, whether its Belechek, Vrabel, or Dieon, Jerry is going to be involved.
