Did anyone see Monday night countdown last night???

IF not, there was a segment with Michael Irvin and Mike Ditka. When the host asked Irvin if Parcells is going to retire he started laughing and said no he is not going to retire.

Irvin went on to say that the Cowboys are 1 or 2 players away from being in the superbowl and then said "one T.O." from being in the superbowl.

He said that Terrell Owens will be in Dallas next year and they will be in the superbowl next season.

When the host continued asking about where he thinks T.O. will play, Michael Irvin started laughing with this "I know something but I cannot tell you" look then said he has already started training for next year and he will come in and play and be just fine.

I really got the feeling that Irvin knows more than he is saying. He is CLOSE friends with T.O. and I can see him playing a part in convincing Parcells and Jerry Jones to do it.

I think they can create a non-traditional contract that fines him for derogatory statements and make it REALLY tough on him where he MUST shut up and play ball.

IF we can get "THAT" T.O. then I will support the move...

Come on, you have to admit: Terry Glenn/Terrell Owens/Keyshawn Johnson/ Patrick Crayton sounds REALLY good as our WR lineup...

Then throw in Bledsoe at QB and it is a LETHAL combination for opposing defenses!!!!

Bledsoe could throw the ball all over the field!!

Stay Tuned.......................

Irvin knows Parcells well enough to know that he's not retiring?

Irvin can convince Parcells of anything, much less that he should hire T.O.?

Don't know about Parcells but he is tight with T.O....I'm sure Jerry would listen to him as well.

Hell yes.

I think we'd be pretty unstoppable if we got T.O. and upgraded the line a bit.

Julius Jones, Keyshawn Johnson, Terrell Owens, Terry Glenn, Jason Witten, Patrick Crayton. You can't double team anyone...the offense would be unbelievable.

Not to mention...there is one thing that this suspension has done for T.O....it has given him a grudge and something to prove...and he trains so hard anyway. I think he comes back next year and no matter where he plays he has a career season.

If its with the 'Boys, say hello to a Super Bowl.

Yeah, I can really see Michael Irvin convincing Parcells to do something completely stupid to the team like that.

TO will not be a cowboy... ever. Time to accept that, people.

I'd still rather have an improved O-Line and more pass rush help than T.O.

I would sign him to a 1 year deal with a ton of incentives in the contract. He is an absolute ***, but just think of the things he is able to do on the field. Its a little risky, but I would take it.

Hey, I haven't liked him for awhile anyway, but if he helps the Cowboys to succeed, I'm all for it.

And I really think him being coached by Parcells would tame him a lot. I think he'd fit in with the Cowboys really well. Remember, Keyshawn and Glenn were both considered uncoachable for awhile there, but with Cowboys and Parcells they have been class acts.

Everyone said "hell NO" to Keyshawn when the Bucs inactivated him a few years ago, too. He hasn't caused much trouble.

I think T.O. goes to Denver, possibly even traded there for one of their backup RB's and a mid-round pick. Philly needs a RB who can split the load with Westbroken.

Philly would like to make sure Owens doesn't haunt them on a regular basis.

That's because Parcells is like a father to him. Different situation than T.O.

Ownes will be a FA after the season Philly is not going to get anything for him

I don't know...they HAVE to trade him by March to avoid paying his bonus or else release him. He isn't happy with his contract, so a trade would have to involve a restructured deal too. Why would a team make a trade for a guy who will be released. Its no secret that Philly won't keep him after March.

Its a bit different, but Key is a big ego and nobody wanted him here. Now he has been a big contributor and a leader. TO has a HUGE chip onhis shoulder and wants to prove that he's not just a problem. He needs to get rid of Rosenhaus and play ball. If we do get him, he will immediately make a big difference.

I do not like T.O.

but I can see how with Bledsoe at QB it would be very beneficial to have him...

here is how I see it... if you have T.O. he is gonna get doubled as simple as that so that leaves 9 defenders...If Terry Glenn is back he can be the big play guy because teams will not double up on both which is Bledsoe's favorite target but if they do that leaves 7 defenders which is pretty much a win for the offense if they have some execution...

now though we would have to get rid of Key cause 3 over 30 WR's is not a good thing...

Coach Parcells could "adopt" Terrell also.

He only signed a 2 year deal?

They could tell his agent to find a team who will give him a new deal, then work of a trade.

I think that worked with a guy named Champ Bailey once.
