Big NO. James Washington will be ready soon enough.Discuss
Right, teammates seem to love him not the opposite.Locker room issues are severely overblown….most of his teammates love him. That said I’ll pass because we need help at the position immediately and not in mid December or next season.
You do realize he hasn’t had a good year since 2019. 29 and sitting at home tells you what the league thinks of him.Sign him up..the offense needs talent and some attitude.
Short term deal
agreeIn my opinion, WR is far from the biggest need this team has. We need some depth in the secondary and OL. Maybe even a LB. Acquiring OBJ would be a very low priority move.
On the flip side, he may draw coverage away from Lamb and others.Serious question- Is OBJ still a great receiver? His last two seasons:
This is not the resume of a guy who is going to step in anywhere and raise the passing game to a new level. OBJ turns 30 next week and with those injuries the last few years, he’s an old 30.
- 2021- LAR- played in 14 games- 44 receptions for 537 yds, 5 TDs. Avg 12.2 yds per catch and 38.4 ypg. Injured in SB.
- 2020- Cle- played in 7 games due to injury. 23 receptions, 319 yds, 3 TDs. Avg 13.9 per catch and 45 ypg.
Hard no for me.
I will take him starting week 14.....https://www.si.com/nfl/cowboys/news...irvin-bills-chiefs-mahomes-dak-prescott-rumor
"FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys seem to have sold themselves on the idea that by the time their offensive weapons are fully healthy, there is no desperate need to trade for a receiver.
But how about a need to sign one … like one named Odell Beckham Jr. “?"
I dont know how I would feel about this considering he cant play until December. Definitely another option other than giving up draft capital.
