I think that sort of defeats the purpose in Mike's case.

Everybody has different rules for what works in their marriages. But let's not pretend that there's some uncertainty around what goes on in Mike's social life.

So, like many of the other recent exonerations of athletes charged for this sort of bulljive, when Irvin is exonerated nothing will happen to the false accuser.
