Just caught it midway.

Irvin: How many unanimous sources allowed to have.
Ed: To get truth you must have these sources. Brady James confirms story

Irvin: How did you approach Brady.
ED: Builds him up before asking question. Exp. Aprrozches Brady with a declaration of how great a leader and teammate Brady is. Then asked if he's had to mediate between T.O. and Tony anytime this year.
Irvin: Laughing @ Ed's tactic.

Dang.

I need to quit my job as a reporter and become a sports PR agent. I'm surprise Brady James didn't understand that tactic.

That's the oldest one in the reporter's notebook of tricks.

I could care less, what has he done here?

Then why did you ask the other poster to "specifically state" what he has done?

Werder needs to be dunched in the pick! (daily show reference)

Werder was quick to criticize Owens with his 20 throws comment, but Werder never pointed out that several of the passes were well out of reach on plays where Owens had beat his guy and done everything right. THAT was why he was frustrated after that game. He was beating his guy and had done his part.

Owens is right, he could be doing his "I got my paycheck that's all I care about" thing, but he's not. His frustration isn't about his paychecks...it's about the team, it's about winning. It's too bad people are so quick to dismiss him that they don't see it.

Clarence Hill Jr. on Irvin Show
------------------------------------------

I am going to clear this up about the meetings.

Garrett mentioned during the film sessions on Monday that he has an open door policy to any players who want to meet with him.

Then the three WR's went to Coach Sherman and sais they were going to talk to Garrett.

They they each went and talked to him separately.

First T.O. went in. Then Roy Williams went in.

Then Garrett spoke with the offense.

Then Crayton felt left out so he went to Garrett after that.

Then big mouth Crayton acknowldged that the meetings took place with Clarence.

Whew. I need a drink.

:laugh1:

 What the......?

I hope Brady heard this particular comment from Ed. And I hope he feels like a fool, get angry and gives Ed the same treatment he gets from TO from now on, "next question"

Crayton and any other player who keep telling the media things they don't need to know need to be cut/traded/released from this team.

Thats not a direct quote per say. Michael asked what was the exact words you used when you first approached Brady. After Ed told Irving that he just told Brady how great a leader and teammate he is, then Irvin cut in and stated "yea you were building him up". Something to that effect, but it was more or less Irvin egging Ed on about building him up then firing off the question.

regardless of Werner approach....is Bradie James that easy to be had? The guy is a team captain right? With newman and james singing like there is no tomorrrow...its no wonder this team has been flat most of this year.

Still don't get why this shows such a huge lack of leadership. The situation was a lot worse in Philly, and all Andy Reid and Banner get are nonstop kudos for how well they run the organization.

The fact is, TO has done this everywhere he's been. Actually, the last two years up to now are the best he's ever behaved. As IR and others have posted, you pretty much have to kiss TO's butt, because he'll go berzerk if you ever do call him out. We saw how well it worked when Parcells just ignored him.

But to Ed's story... It would be hilarious if Romo did stand up to TO like the one player said, and made Jerry decide between the two.

I think this *should* nail the coffin in Mr. Blue Suit's credibility right there. He just makes stuff up as it goes. The guy is not a professional reporter....he's a professional liar. And the more he keeps talking the more his lies get unraveled.

I think Wade and co. should just call a team meeting and let it be known that Mr. Blue Suit and BSPN are trying to stir up things for ratings purposes and desperation...so don't believe a word they say. Of course, Mr. Blue Suit and BSPN will report there was a team meeting and Owens is causing a team meeting to be made, but at least the team would be on the same page.

YAKUZA
funny how the anonymous source went from 'team member' to Jason Witten's agent. Mr. Blue Suit, caught in a lie again.

No back peddle at all. It was to show that nothing he has done even resembles the past problems. If you don't get it, I can't help you either.

I think Jerry needs to make it a team rule that nobody talks to anyone from ESPN.

I'll just spot you the C-L-U and let you figure the rest.

You back-peddled and the quotes are there to prove it. Bring something to the board.

Thanks in advance............

I think what he was asking for was for examples of what TO has done here in Dallas.

He sure did. After he realized the stupidity in his first request.

Back peddle.

Did you think that up all by your wittle wonesome? I'm so proud.

You've been exposed. Admit it rather than regress to grade school name calling.

Again. Bring something to the board.

Wens did beat his man much in that game. He was totally owned by the Commander CBs. Romo kept forcing it to him, even when he was completely covered up.
