The truly weird part about it is how the shadow kinda just pops into existence, it doesn't just walk from left to right, it suddenly appears on the left and moves on.

I'm sure theres some kind of explanation for it but heck, its kinda neat...Add it to the canon of ghost videos!

Yea, I thought that, too. Also, if it were somebody's shadow, wouldn't the shadow increase/decrease in size as the person walked by?

There is no way a shadow can appear in mid air. It has to be on something like a wall.

You can see outside to the Left through the windows just before the shadow. I didn't see any movement there or any thing to cast a shadow. It's interesting. Also if you notice the "shadow" is reflected on the floor. Leading me to think it was in the room rather than a reflection.
