Mazi had no offseason because of shoulder surgery. He needs to be on a NFL weight training regimen. This offseason he can work on his technique as well. He basically was not cleared to play until right before training camp in August.

Maybe Grant and Harmon are good prospects but it takes time. You know if one of them does not have two sacks and gets washed on a run play folks on the board will call them a bust.
It doesn’t help that before the surgery last years staff had him loose a ton of weight either.

We have 1 proven pass rusher in Parsons…Kneeland is a run stopper and Williams has proven to be completely unreliable.

100% agree about stopping the run though.
It just seems when Parsons plays and we get a lead are pass rushers seem to get to the quarterback. Micah is our pass rush. To bad some of this board wants to trade him for late first round picks because he talks to much.

talks too much; his mouth writes checks he does not cash on the field; and he disappears late in the season
That is someone you trade if you get a good enough deal

How is the DT from Kentucky….Walker I think….playing and where is he projected to go at this point?

I don’t watch much college ball anymore.
From what I gathered from Walker is that he is inconsistent and has a knack to conserve (lazy at times) energy, and for being 6-6 350 lbs. he doesn't anchor as well as you would think. He has a narrow base, and he has small calves, with most of his bulk being above the waist. He plays with a very high pad level which causes him to have leverage issues and has subpar hand techniques. He does have some quicks though.

Well yea, he’s a stud…most contenders have 2 legit pass rushing dudes. We don’t…

DE should be in play early along with all the other holes.

Yeah Carter (Parsons jr) is my favorite player in the draft but he will be a top 5 pick. I am gonna take a look at the Georgia kids and the other pass rushers because they actually were rated ahead of Carter before the season started. You never know you might uncover another Parsons type in the middle of the first .

Josaiah Stewart edge from Michigan is moving up my board. Currently 38 on my board.

Williams from UGA is all ceiling super low floor IMO. Walker is more LBr but hard to evaluate - like him better though.

Both Grant/Williams are ideal NT’s, where I see the likes of Graham, Harmon, Nolan more as 3’s. Graham, Harmon probably could play both, those are the higher rated players cause of their 3 down abilities
Walker is more of a 3T as well. He maybe to anchor enough to play some 1T, but its not ideal. His size is a bit misleading as far as what type of player he is

Most underrated pass rusher in the draft. Wouldn’t surprise me if he ends up going bottom of first. Stud.

Made Danes top 50.
He does come from a small school, but he has dominated the competition, and that is what you want to see from small school prospects. Very athletic and explosive with the knack of creating havoc regardless to how many bodies in his way...Plus, he very technicality advanced. He's going to test very well and come next April he will probably hear his named called on day 1.

Could Walker be a “Mike” linebacker. I know “Mike” linebacker is in the category of running back and safety when it comes to top 15 picks but we need one in the worst way.

I don’t know if he’s good enough in space. Seems like more of a downhill player only but I haven’t watched him a ton.
