He dropped it but he made for it on our final drive. He came up real big on that drive. Some act like he’s not a good player and is expendable, but he’s solid player who moves the chains.
Yes. He did. I am speaking regarding the Steele injury though. If he doesnt drop that TD. Steele doesnt get hurt. Thats all i am trying to say

Well. We can thank Dalton Schultz for this.
He dropped the TD play before Steele got hurt.
Missed td catch. Play should have never happened.
Did anyone react to that dropped pass (or any dropped pass) by thinking "Oh no, we have to run another play and someone could get hurt"

What if Schultz had caught the pass and Steele got hurt on the following XP attempt. Would that have been Schultz's fault for catching the pass and forcing the XP attempt to happen?

And, of course, Moore could have called a different play, so it's his fault. Then again, Dak could have audibled ... let's blame him.

Every injury follows the events that happened before, and if those events had been differnt the injury might not have occurred. It's just football.

God hates us.

There’s a large part of my thought process that fully believes Jerry made some sort of a deal with some alternate universal power of ill repute in exchange for SB XXX.

Been finding new and innovative ways to lose games and blow one seeds ever since.

- Conner Williams tore his ACL as a Cowboys but he was able to start game one the next year.

- Trysten Hill tore his ACL in midseason and took him as long as midseason the next following year.

- All ACL injuries and recoveries may vary, It may depend upon the player.

- I would think Linemen usually have a better at recovery and resumed role, than a WR such as Gallup,
although OTs rely more on athleticism to handle the edges than OL inside a phone booth at OG or C.

How do you figure if he doesn’t drop that TD that Steele doesn’t get hurt?

Wow.

Let me explain this more clearly. Even though 10 people already have.

If he catches the ball. The next play is an XP try. Hence. No injury.

Aw man, that's the worst. I had to put both my old boxers down. Haven't had a dog since. Sorry buddy. This board is on the fringe, on a good day. Definitely not the best place to come for positive vibes. Lol

He could’ve ended up injured on the PAT. It’s pretty silly to blame Schultz for Steele’s injury. I’m willing to bet you’re one of those fans that have been ragging on Schultz this season.

Not at all. Just calling it as it is. And the chances of him tearing his ACL on a PAT are slim to none. Personally I like Schultz. However paying him 11 million when Ferguson can do everything he can and block well would be nuts. Dont be so quick to assume.

Peters came in at RT after Ball proved in game that he couldn't do it. Peters hadn't played RT in well over a decade. The offense started moving again once he got in there. I would imagine he'll be even more comfortable over there after a week of practice. I can't imagine the team's plan being anything other than him starting. Perhaps Ball gets a series here or there for experience and to spell the old man. But, I think it's Peters' job now. It's fairly obvious he's our best hope of success, along with Tyron at LT and Tyler at LG. And, we'll get to see our 3/5 future HoF offensive line.

Players have suffered serious injuries on PATs. Anytime the ball is snapped and players engage an injury can occur. Ferguson who also came down with an injury has some promise but he’s yet to prove he can do everything Schultz can do. I like Ferguson’s potential but this time of year you need experienced players if you’re going to have success in postseason. Schultz has shown that he can get open and make plays in critical situations. There’s a reason the Cowboys franchised him and we saw it yesterday.

Completely agree through experience. Once the swelling goes down, have the surgery and I am sure Dallas Cowboys, Inc. will hire the best surgeon that money can buy. Should be ready for training camp in July 2023.
