They are running MMs offense...IMO its obvious that MM made the decision and based on his reasoning of the Kellen Dak relationship it makes sense to me. Its why most of us wanted Kellen back

I like the fact that McCarthy is going to make the extra effort to learn the previous terminology instead of just making everyone else learn his. He is going to call all the shots and design the offense, but he is going to the extra mile to make it an easier transition for the players.

We don't know but we haven't seen any signs of things where Jerry did insert himself. So you have to think the odds are good he didn't.
