This just popped up on my twitter timeline. The NFL sees these referee mishaps as another form of entertainment. It just seems like a big joke to them while we're living and dying with these calls. I mean they even have a freaking sponsor for a segment about referee screwups. How sad is that?

I hate blaming officiating for losses but that play and a few others hurt pretty bad. A real joke.

Horrid officiating. Yet again. Dean Blandino and crew becoming celebrities.... They are all a big joke. How do you call a face to face hit a "blindside" hit. How do you not stop the clock with the ball clearly out of bounds, on and on and on.

Did not lose because of piss poor officiating. But it did have an impact on the game.

I'm not so sure we didn't lose the game because of that. If they call the penalty on Carroll, we have a first and goal at the 8. They took away 2 TD's last week with the blown pick call on Street and then the way early whistle that also took away a Hayden TD return.

We can't afford this biased officiating when we are short handed as it is.

This won't help anything because it's the NFL that is in on the "incompetence". The refs have been sucking for years, and by sucking, I mean helping determine the outcome of games. Fans have been complaining for years and nothing has changed. The incompetence of the refs are just the shield for the "fan ire" for the losses when it's just a setup by the NFL.

"You're not allowed to call two time outs in a row. The refs are supposed to ignore the request. If they don't there is NO PENALTY, just a play reset"?

How can a coach be allowed to save his team a penalty and not be punished? The NFL is a ******* joke.
