I just picked up Madden 06 for $9. Not bad. Turned off the QB vision cone ... realized it was the same as Madden 05.

If I can save up enough for an Xbox 360, I may consider 07. :)

don't on the 360 07 is the same as 06 except for one regard that it has super star which isn't even that good

Thanks for another racist thread. ;)

It's ridiculous, anyway - because EVERYONE knows that DAL Coach has been a hefty black man with a mustache and glasses for the past 4 years, anyway.

Oh yeah - you heard it - I'm anti-mustache.

I'm applauding the guy for not getting into the race argument, what he said usually fosters interracial thinking, go for the guy who performs, no matter the color of his skin

You are 100% correct, i would want a coach who can get the job done, regardless of skin color, nothing more and nothing less.

But what's wrong with recognizing the fact that we have taken a big step forward as a SOCIETY and celebrating our achievement. what i don't understand is that some seem to have a problem with this. Maybe we will like to forget what has happened in the recent past, and some seem to do their best to do so. But for others it is simply not possible to forget about your own skin color. Because no matter how far we have come, most of us are still reminded often that we don't have the right shade of color for certain things/positions in this society. And in some ways, what Dungy and Lovie Smith accomplished shows some of us that we are making progress not as African-Americans, but as Americans as a whole.

There's nothing wrong with it at all etiostar. Nothing at all... I applaud your contributions to this thread. I can only speak for myself. Your heartfelt words have been a pleasure to read. We're making progress but it would be totally absurd to believe this country is hunki dori. I know better. I never govern my life by that knowledge. As I stated before, I give everyone equal footing. I'm a big teddy bear. Everyone gets plenty of love on a daily basis. At the same time I never forget where we, as a country, came from and the fact that we still have a ways to go. I've said this already but I feel the need to say it again. These two fine gentlemen are in the Super Bowl because they're fine coaches. Their abilities to master their jobs got them to where they are today. They just happen to be black men. This also happens to be the first time two black men will have coached against each other in the Super Bowl. This will be recognized briefly and the moment in time will quickly pass. Then we'll call go back to what we were doing before that brief moment in time occurred. That is simply enjoying the game of football.

Amen to that brother. Now, let's just hope Jerry makes smart decisions and get us a coach who can utilize the young talent (full of potential) we have on defense and at the same time continue the development of our young quarterback.

BTW, can i still claim to be color blind if the only colors i see are silver and blue?:)

haha. Yeah. ;) It's all about the silver & blue!

We just interviewed Jason Garrett today. I'm very excited about what that could turn into. I think he would make a primo OC.
