That sucks, he was such a great player in college. Waste of talent.
I for one hated detroit for taking him, I wanted him in a dallas uniform because like you stated he was awsome in college. I thought he was a sure thing maybe it's because he's with the lions. I'd like to see him get a fresh start either here or elsewhere.

thank you Matt MIllen!

although I don't think Bill would have taken a WR in the 1st, not over a potentially dominating OLB

I was glad to see him go to Detroit as everyone I knew who knew him (several alumni) said he was lazy. A great natural athlete but very lax in his attitude, didn't practice hard or study. Everyone on the Cowboys forums seemed to want him except me.

Jarrett is the complete opposite. My niece goes to USC and knows several of the players and they all say that Jarrett is nothing like Mike Williams except that he is tall. Very different personality and attitude.

Maybe he just hates Detroit but IMO that's a piss poor excuse.

I've been there plenty. I don't blame him. :D

Seriously, I would love to have him come here for the obligatory "Right Price." I really wanted him out of college. Detroit is like Oakland and Arizona. Players go there but they never seem to be heard from again. Maybe a change of scenery would do him some good.

It's nice seeing both you guys on a regular basis again. I sure miss the good old days. At least we still have a place to hang out together and talk Cowboys again. :D

Amen to that. I'll bet alot of those guys who were over there at that other Board are here now, just under other names. Got a gut feeling Rat may be here as well, if he hasn't been banned yet. :D (BTW, if you are here Rat, it's just a joke.)

Yeah right just a joke. :lmao:

Actually I have reason to believe he was here and is now banned. That is all the further I'll go on that subject.

It's this kind off crap that has doomed BMW's career, maybe he has been trying to get out of Detroit, who knows? His failures have to do mostly with his personality.

This I why the Jarrett comparisons are so shallow minded, OK they're both Tall, WR's who dominated at USC with sub par 40 speed. They are different people, different personalities.

Even if you were to campare them physically, which I disagree with due to the fact that they have completely different body structure, but what good would that do when Mike Williams' downfall has been his attitude?

Lets see, because Jarrett is tall, not the fastest guy, played in a USC helmet, he's going to goof off like BMW and therefore waste his talent as well?
