pretty clear he's accepting his 4 game suspension, as he should because he should be in prison..

In North Carolina he would not even get supervised probation let alone jail time. Under structured sentencing the max time on a class A1Misdemeanor is 150 days. But the punishment with no prior record is only 60 days which he most likely would have been given a unsupervised sentence and ordered to treatment.

Roger Goodell has appeared in court multiple times during the league’s lengthy legal battle with Tom Brady and the NFL Players Association over Brady’s four-game suspension.

But that doesn’t make the NFL commissioner a lawyer.

That was the scathing message of Minnesota U.S. District Judge David S. Doty on Wednesday, who took a shot at Goodell during a hearing for a contempt motion filed by the NFLPA in the Adrian Peterson case.

Doty said “we’re all very curious” to see how Judge Richard Berman will rule on Brady’s suspension before pointing out Goodell’s lack of legal expertise

. “I’m not sure the commissioner understands there is a (collective bargaining agreement),” Doty said, via USA TODAY Sports. Doty has ruled in favor of the NFLPA over the league in several instances — most recently in a decision that allowed Peterson’s suspension to be vacated — so it’s not surprising to see him slip in a jab at Goodell.

Clearly, this is a play on Brady and saying....

"For Brady, the onus was on the Ravens to be able to adjust quickly. He encouraged Harbaugh and his team to re-read the rule book if they were under the impression that what was happening was illegal.

"Those guys gotta study the rule book and figure it out," Brady said. "We obviously knew what we were doing and made some pretty important plays. It was a real good weapon for us. We'll have something in store next week."

BS! innocent until proven guilty. Hardy was not guilty and you should accept it as that.

Maybe you forget we live in the US and not in some country like China where there is no fair justice system. Frankly, I don't think you know what really went on with Hardy's case which makes your statement irrelevant.

INITIALLY is the word. Then when came for his hearing the main witness did not show up and the DA did not have enough evidence to prosecute. Which ultimately means he is NOT GUILTY.

If they had enough evidence to prosecute even without the star witness they would have. There was no other witnesses or even evidence to prosecute. Thus he is INNOCENT.

Your witch hunt on Hardy really needs to stop.
