Some of this league's greatest quarterbacks of all time are guys who weren't considered as having "the strongest arm". Joe Montana, Tom Brady, and Peyton Manning are a few Hall of Famers that come to mind.

I've seen more rocket-armed quarterbacks bust than I ever have smart, accurate ones.

Guys that can throw the ball still have to know how to pass the ball, guys that are not great "throwers" usually turn into pretty good passers.
