I mean the conspiracies are a bit much but Philly does seem to get away with a lot. But that seems to be the case year to year for the better teams.

Philly is an extremely lucky team. From the teams they played in the playoffs last year to get to the bowl. Now playing their toughest road game in the rain which favors their strengths. Majority of their tough games this year they play at home.
