Gruden's gonna regret not trading Carr for a better QB in the offseason. He's on a ticking clock this year. If he can't make the playoffs in his 4th year... then ooof. What happened to that young hotshot who looked like Jimmy part 2 in the early 00s?

Seems to me Jon Gruden is probably the main issue with this team. He is simply not a good coach and does not win.

He will never draft a qb. He wants a veteran qb to understand his offense and run it. It's amazing he got a 10 year 100 million dollar contract.
