Im not going to call the division a lock but the Eagles look really bad. The Commanders look to be the competition and their d looks improved.

Philthy is fading. They are weak against the run, especially up the middle, mcflabb is starting his yearly slide early. The Skins D line is a joke as regards a pass rush-death for a 4-3; campbell is spotty at best, and their O line is losing guys at the rate of one per game.
