Mom, Grandmom Arrested After Disciplining Kid on FB

I'm sure he's learned his lesson. Well, at least for the time being. What happens when he gets old enough to prevent such punishment, or even worse decides to dish it out if someone thinks they will try to whip him?

Parents are stupid and the kid is a kid.

Beating children is stupid no matter what. They don't learn anything and will probably return the favor later on in one way or another.

That's what some posters are missing. I was beat all the time growing up (for various reasons), all I wanted to do is show how "tough" I was on the streets. People don't seem to make this connection, "Oh I beat my kid, I did all I could...talk to the little gangsta!" BF I did time I had no cares. There is nothing to learn "inside." How about, "why this is stupid?" On a real level. I learned it later, but some young males need this kind've direction.

I'd like to see them do a follow up story on this kid say 10 years from now to see what direction his life took after this. LE needs to update the Miranda rights to include "anything you say and/or post on social media can and will be used against you".
