I suck at Yoga. I'm not nearly flexible enough to get into most of the poses but i give it my best. I do however absolutely love Plyo. It's by far my favorite workout ever.

I'm to old to be flexible --I like plyo -but several years ago I shattered my heel bone --plyo makes my foot pretty sore---I enjoy kempo --really like all of it except yoga... I am always so happy when Tony says last downward dog:D

LOL. I know that feeling with Yoga.

I learned that using the ab and oblique machines and 130lbs of weight isn't the same as other non-weighted ab exercises.

I general use the weight machines one day and leg lifts the next switching back and forth on the lifting days. Saturday I used that wheel with the handles on the side of it it and did that and my abs are sore as hell! :laugh2:

Today began week four. This is the first recovery week (all cardio and stretching workouts) of the 90 day program. I'm feeling better and better and I'm wanting to push myself harder and harder as the next two months go come and go.

Enjoy the recovery week -phase 2 is different. Managed to do day one -had to cheat everything -but I wanted to get started. I will probably repeat the first week , after my ribs get better

Enjoying it so far. Today was Kenpo which is one of my absolute favorite workouts. I really enjoy it everytime.

Almost halfway through the final week of month one.

Only two more days until month two begins. The first recovery week is almost through.

I've done pretty well so far in the first month but I'm looking to start pushing it up another notch in the second month.

I'm closing the first month out with Core Syn. and X-Stretch over the next two days.

Month 2 has begun. I've done pretty well and I'm about to start doing a lot of changes to my diet to start eating even more cleanly after I go to the store this weekend for the start of next week. I've been lazy about updating this but I remembered to today. :)

I know the feeling. I did nothing but play RDR all weekend. :laugh2:

I played PBR all weekend!

Today's my last day of the final recovery week.

I'm gonna get right back into it, and do another 90 days.
