Nors you're embarrasing yourself by believing that Bledsoe is the equal of Dan Fouts... it's almost too ridiculous to contemplate.
Dan Fouts was one of the finest passers I've ever seen. His release was "Marinoesque" before there was a "Marino".
I honestly thought you could be open and honest to admit that as a passer Dan Fouts has few equals... Marino, Moon and probably one day Manning. You could probably put Tarkenton in that class too.
Great passers?
Tarkenton, Montana, Elway, Favre, Manning, Aikman, Marino.
Fouts not in that class - albeit in Hall. Just because I compare 3 similar QB's in Moon, Fouts and Bledsoe, I am NOT saying Fouts sucked. Just that they were more similar than disimilar.
I grew up watching Fouts - air coryell and chuck it around. What also stands out is a QB that never won much of anything in playoffs..... And a QB with 254 career TD's and ALSO 242 Career Interceptions. Thats the facts.
