Moore installing Pro Bowl offense

For those thinking the Pro Bowl is a proving ground for Moore, remember that this is an exhibition game with different rules that limit what Moore can even do. There can be no motion or shifts by the offense, a RB and TE have to be in the game at all times and the offense can have no more than 2 receivers on one side of the ball. There are limits on the defense too, but my point is, creativity is extremely limited.
