Ochocinco is unhappy about NFL's No-Tweet rule

You would expect Chad Ochocinco to have a response to the NFL rule which prohibit the use of mobile phones or other hand-held devices in the bench area during games. He responded via Twitter of course with the following Tweet:

Damn NFL and these rules, I am going by my own set of rules, I ain't hurting nobody or getting in trouble, I am putting my foot down!!

We aren't quite sure what Chad means by putting is foot down. Perhaps he is talking about stomping his foot and throwing a fit.

Chad is going to be lighter in the wallet if he thinks he'll get away with this. :laugh2:

Actually, I wouldn't place too much stock into what "Oucho"(SIC) says ...what he says and what he actually does are two different things. I'm sure that by announcing His intent, his coaches, the GM and the Commissioner will be watching with Eagle eyes.

Oucho cannot be any more of a distraction than pulling out a sharpie after scoring a TD ...we all know who did that! Oucho may be many things, but he is not a cancer! I'd be more concerned with his performance on the field than anything else ...especially now that he will probably be the "go-to" WR on the team.

For the record ...he'd better be ready to come out of his pocket if he carries out any of the antics he described. I don't think he'll do any of those things he professes.

He sure has seemed like a cancer the last two years.

If I were a Bengals fan, I'd be furious. He's an embarrassment. This whole idea is a total joke. How badly can one man crave attention?

The sidelines are meant for making adjustments, talking to your coaches, your quarterback, etc.. the same as halftime. He's making a mockery of football.

I've gone from liking him to strongly disliking him.

Agree 100%

The guy is an attention ***** of the highest order and it's gone from somewhat funny to ridiculous.

How badly do you think the Bengals are kicking themselves for not taking those 2 #1's from the Skins for this idiot.

After i saw an interview he did on BSPN a couple of years ago, I'm convinced that this guy has a real and serious mental disorder. I don't mean egotistical like TO but a legitimate diagnosable personality disorder. That interview i saw made me think of someone who forgot to take their medication.

I know I'm setting myself up to be burned at the proverbial stake, but I like Chad (not necessarily his latest foray to grab attention, however). I find him entertaining and always seems to be a great soundbite waiting to happen. That being said, his act may be getting old to the Bengals and their fans, but if he has "rededicated" himself to Cincy and is focused on having a great year, I'm sure they'll deal with him. He still one of the most talented WRs in the NFL and w/ Coles and Henry as his running mates (not to mention a healthy Carson) he should return to form this season. He loves attention but I think he's just trying to enjoy himself...after all he's playing a game not running the country!
