Morning Pops and peeps. JB the offseason began when we lost the GB game but I get it for most of the folks. Might watch might not. Hoping to see my kids today. ologan, we are going to the Big Island Tuesday I think. Just for a week or so. Have fun today guys.

Morning, Pops. Morning, eveyone. We had to replace our water heater yesterday. The two days before that we took barely warm showers.

Good morning, Cbz and fellow Zoners. Leon, becuase of hard water, we're replacing hot water heaters every decade. I'm considering a tankless system next time. Enjoy your day, all of you.

Morning, Pops and friends. Phil, I'm planning on installing a small tankless in the master bathroom. It is so far from the water heater that it takes 2 to 3 minutes to get hot water way out yonder.

Morning Pops..... Morning all.Heard tankless is good if your on gas Phil,but not electric..We have hard water too.Learned how to flush it and change the electric elements.Good luck.

Morning Pops! Howdy gang. Highs in the 80s here. Jacuzzi time twice daily. Sunsets at the pool. A tad disappointed with them though. No particles in the air so no colors. Have a great day all.
