On this date, 1988 Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera has its first performance on Broadway at the Majestic Theatre in New York. It's the first of over 4000+ performances.

I saw it and hated every minute of it. :)

Good morning, Cbz and good morning to all the rest of you good people. Juke, I've seen the Phantom twice and enjoyed it immensely both times. Same with Les Miserables. To each their own. Vive la Difference!:D

Morning Daddio and good morning to everyone.

Does anyone know the answer to this question? (I do)

When you see a flock of geese flying in a "V" formation, why is one side of the "V" always longer than the other?

and don't cheat and look it up on the internet.

Because of aerodynamics

The goose in the back doesn't use as much energy while flying.

Good morning, Cbz and good morning to all the rest. Just so you know, the geese take turns flying point for that very reason. They honk to provide encouragement to the guy up front. (I'm not kidding!) I also send thousands of specially trained geese south every winter for the express pupose of taking a dump on the most expensive golf courses they can find. :D
