Morning Leon --foots doing aot better ---except for a few places that are deep purple --pretty much looks normal--still a lot of soreness on the top --guess where the bone was bruised -but as long as I don't wear anything tight against it I am still running the 10 yard dash in under a minute Thanks for asking

Morning Cbz -Morning Yeag(your up Early -I knew the threat of ice water would work) morning Sarge and everyone ...Bad night- one of the pups I kept for a future trial dog was injuried last night(due to my stupidity) and had to be put down..I spent alot of time with them and get pretty attached.
Made for a tough night ..Have to go bury her this morning.
