2000 - The Eagles filed suit against the "Hotel California" restaurant in Dallas, TX, alleging trademark violations.

Good morning, Cbz and good morning Sarge, Juke, Yeags, Leon, ABQ, Zax, Bob, Zrin and Ispain1. I had occasion to visit the Hotel California in Todos Santos in the Baja. They indicate that they "may" have provided inspiration for the song, however, Glen Frey states he's never been there.
