Hows the walks going Zax

Sometimes good most of the time not so good but that is neither here or there its when the depression of failure is dragging me down that I got to keep reaching for stuff I didn't even know was there...and that is what I am battling with...cause the body wants to quite because the medicine and disease is killing me but the spirit won't let it. At times I think it would be so easy just to lay down and give in to it but as soon as I start thinking that way I get this burst of spirit that says no freaken way. Quite a interesting phenom that I may spend some time studying later. On the days that I am doing well I am very glad I am fighting it. On the day that I am not doing well heck even steak and baked potatoes gets only a small smile but all in all Bob I get this feeling I am making progress even if it is only in my mind

Phil, I hope you aren't innundated with smoke from the fires. That happened in Northern Calif. and it wasn't pleasant.

Good morning, Cbz and good morning to everybody here. Juke, one of the interesting sidelights of the "bed in" was an interview that was done by Al Capp, the famous cartoonist. The language was a bit ripe at times, but it was fun to watch. BTW, Plato was not a contemporary of Bob's. Bob is much older.

Good news on the weather front. We're getting a big dump of rain. The only down side is that this is a long weekend up here. (Victoria Day) I will be spending part of the next three days drinking tea with my pinkie extended.

Zax, I think it's fair to say that you're not far from our thoughts here. Just envision that you're in a forest with Sarge. He's just cracked a cold one for you, and the rest of us are bringing a monster picnic.
