Good morning Cbz, Zoners and good luck, Kristie. ABQ, I'm of the belief that Red Bull is bad for you, so don't worry if the rest of the world is on it. Just maintain your usual tranquil outlook. I recomend meditation between screaming bouts from your boss. Let his blood pressure go through the roof as yours is a steady 115/60. Evrybody have a great day.:D

OK, folks, here it is. the bio-screening went fine. the only thing i had to do for is not eat for several hours & drink loads of water for at least 12 or hours. other then that i went fine. :D

Good morning, Cbz and the best of the launch-into-the-weekend crowd. Great news Kristie! The advice about drinking water is good for most of us. ABQ, find time to relax. I did it while watching my kids run their arses off. Come to think of it, I was usually officiating or coaching. :confused: Forget that advice. Just go with it.

We've got an ice fog this morning. It's going to warm up to the low 50's later today, so it's no big deal. In any event, everybody have a great day.:D
