Good morning, Cbz and to the great people that inhabit this spot on the Astral Plain. I took yesterday off, took the dog to the groomers (she looks pretty spiffy now) and I played my drum and sang at a Robbie Burns celebration last night. Lots of toasting, playing, singing, and all while clad in a kilt.

I'm now off to Calgary to celebrate my father-in-law's 90th birthday. So many parties and so little time.

We have no snow on the ground whatsoever bob. We usually have a foot or two. We are over 36 inches below the record low.

They are calling it "the winter that never was" here.

I have never seen anything like it. The snowmobile and skiing economy in upstate NY took a huge hit this year, sadly.

At any rate, "it could always be worse" and I never lose sight of that.

Good afternoon, all. The hype for this event is so over the top. I'll watch the game, hopefully enjoy the ads and hope for a decent event. Sarge, it's pretty dry here and we're not expecting much snow in the immediate future. The Rockies have snow, but I'm not sure how much is on this side of the mountains. Good morning, Cbz and the same to all you weather-challenged folks. it's 0 degrees Fahrenheit, which is just below seasonal for us. Heating is on the friz in our building and it's about 82 degrees in here. i've threatened to work without my shirt on. They are working hard to get it fixed. Trust me, my threats have made it a priority.
