Heck...the club could have had Olivier Vernon...but no...Jerry took Mo Claiborne...great pick. Similiar to passing up JJ Watt for Tyron Smith...smart. Very shrewd.

Cowboys could've had a lot of people. They could've had Johnny Manziel but instead they took......Zach Martin. They could've traded up and got Paxton Lynch or Connor Cook....instead they get Dak.

You know Mo could just settle this with 2 picks, 5 PD, 5 tackles and 1 fumble recovery tomorrow night. Either way there will be some eyes on him. GO MO.

Yes. Very good point. Dallas took Zack. Another 1st round pick for the OL. It proves how poorly the club drafts. What other club has 3 or 4 1 st rd picks on its OL.None. The last great Cowboy SB winning team did not have a player on the OL taken before the 3rd round. This is the very reason the team has no defense presently. I believe the Cowboys have the best OL in the NFL make no mistake...but it wasn't cheap. Its easy to get the best center or left tackle when you use your top first rd picks to take the best OL player coming out of college.

Well when you have holes and limited resources you can't fill all of them. No team is perfect. You can't have great players at every position. They spent two high picks on linemen. Fredericks was taken late in the first round. The Cowboys shouldn't be knocked for investing in their offensive line. The smartest thing they've done in recent memory.

Rookie All Pro is evidence of poor drafts. Claiborne was a consensus third round pick. What did they teach y'all over there to make you so averse to reality?

This guy has became a good player.Great game by him.

Yep
Contract year and 'suddenly' the always injured career under-achiever is 'having a great year'

Now watch Jerry pay him a kings ransom and for Mo to get 'injured' in the pre-season

Never fails with this team

lol. No insult intended..but l must point out to you to have a closer look at the Cowboys record for the past 20 yrs. You are what your record says you are. That is the reality l am most adverse too. I say this with some respect.
