@nfldraftbites: Teams calling Cowboys on Morris Claiborne. Cowboys won't pick up 5th Yr Option & not a scheme fit. How about Milliner & Pick for Claiborne?

Multiple other tweets saying we're not picking up his option and if we trade him we save 2.6 million

Sounds like a made up story.

Do not trade MO. cowboys will regret it if they do. this guy is a player with very good ball skills. his only problem is he has been hurt from the day that he got here. and that this team has no pass rush. i hope Jerry does not make yet another bone head decision. do not give up on Mo right now.

Seriously ????

Mo is the new whipping boy for you guys. and you will be the first ones crying if he goes some where and blossoms. MO should stay here. and if he every stays healthy, he is going to be a hell of a player. i hope Jerry is smart enough not to listen to some of you people.

He might but lets be honest. Mo hasnt shown much and he is coming off an acl. Even if he does play solid next year I doubt they will keep him around. Let the next team develop this guy. We gave this guy 3 years to get it together.

Unless someone out there is crazy, he's still of greater value to us in his rookie deal than to others.

If healthy, despite his shortcomings and bust for what we gave up for him, he's still the 3rd best CB on the team....not even a question in my mind. Unless someone gives up a 2 or 3, I hold him and play him.

Many of you know Mo is from Shreveport, La. I live 70 miles away, and I know two of his relatives. They are longtime Cowboys' fans. Each of them is proud of him, but they said he is not very strong, mentally. May not be worth a thing.

I understand the hate for Claiborne but I also think he should be allowed 1 more season before being thrown to the curb. He had a decent rookie year, a down sophomore year(the entire defense sucked ***), and a season ending injury just a game after a game clinching INT. Give the guy a break and one more season.

Game clinching INT in a game he played horrible. Please tell me you remember how bad he was against STL

He got beat on a bomb in one on one coverage against a guy who was a burner and was tearing it up recently before his own injury. Quick was starting to look like the second coming of TO. Besides that a couple of meaningless short slants is all he gave up.....and no matter how you put it he made the clinching INT when they challenged him

Mo deserves another season to show that he can play,,, but on another team. As mentioned before, he's not a scheme fit and it's time to give Marinelli the players he needs for his defense.

Trade him to Arizona. I'm sure Patrick Peterson and Honey Badger would vouch for him.

We'll take ummm..Daryl Washington for him.
