Wow, Spencer didn't show up.
His vertical, broad jump, and 10-yard numbers aren't too impressive. NFL Draft Scout has been suggesting for awhile now that this would move him down draft charts.

Note that 3 important stats are left out of this analysis: bench, short shuttle, and cone. Those can be very important for DE/OLBs.

He could very well be there at 53.

If Spencer is there at 53, I'd jump on that. I'd be thrilled to see us pick him up in the second. I'm afraid he won't be though.

Another guy that I really like is Wendling, S out of Wyoming. He's a great athlete and can do a lot to help a team. Not in round 1, but I'd probably take him in the Third at our pick.

Last year, I thought up a formula that would put all of the "explosiveness" numbers (10 yard time, vertical jump, and broad jump), and body weight, together to create a rating for each player. There were only 245 players at the combine that did all of those tests. Here's this year's Top 100:

So much for Maso's explanation on why he had Sidney Rice ranked as an undrafted free agent. Sidney Rice's explosiveness is not a question.

Don't ya think with the D Wade plays, we can eliminate all the "zone" guys? Whenever i see "not a good man to man cover CB, better suited for a zone/cover 2 D" i don't read anymore on the guy.

that's what I do, I don't look at players like Tanard Jackson and Daymeion Hughes
