Wow dude, paragraphs are your friend; by the way, nice sentence fragments.

If redskins1 thinks the Dallas O line isn't very good at run blocking, perhaps he might could wager on which team will have more rushing yards this year, Dallas or Washington.

Maybe a wager on who will have the most passing yards? Maybe on which defense will have the most sacks? Perhaps on which defense will allow the most passing yards per attempt?

We could document some wagers (avatar, etc.) on any of this stuff.

First of all the most over hyped team would have to be the 2007 Patriots. By week 6 every media outlet in the nation was talking about 19-0. Then when it was the most important game of the year they folded their tents.

That is hype. Maybe you don't understand hype, so I figured I'd help you out.

Most overrated? I'll tell you what? I actually agree with you for this year, but not NFL History. The problem with explaining that to you is you don't have a grasp of NFL History. So I will simply agree with you that we are the most over rated team this year. I think too much is being made of the acquisition of Adam Jones and us having 13 Pro Bowlers last year. The bottom line for me is that we did not finish what we started.

However, I don't think there is anything at all wrong with the football pundits coming out and saying we are the team to beat now. There is such a thing as progression towards a title and we've done a nice job of it. We have to figure out how to finish. Personally, I'm not worried.

1)your oline cant run block at all,you got HH back to coach the line..but he has to show he can get these guys to play better in the run,so there is a ? mark there.
He's only produced better run blocking at every job he's ever had. Suddenly he's coming to a team with a returning starting 5, 3 of them Pro Bowlers, and he won't get the job done here?

Is your maroon, black and yellow world always this delusional? Our O-line should be much improved in 2008 and if it isn't I think only one thing will be at fault...injuries to key components. In the NFL continuity on the O-line is rare and it is strength.

Really bad example to start your pissing match. Then again, you've been proven not to know much about football so this is to be expected.

2)you offense is to predicated on romo zigging and zagging and avoiding the pass rush to give your WR time to get open, point being romo makes your online look much better than it really is in pass protection!!
Romo makes us look better and this is a weakness? So what you are saying is that any QB who uses the weapons at his disposal (mobility if that is one of his weapons) is actually a liability.

Do you believe suddenly people are going to catch him? Or is it some other strange belief that has nothing whatsoever to do with understanding football?

3)now the defense, the only guy on this unit i would take is ware,he is legit..your tackles dont collaspe the pocket enough and your secondary with roy still in there can be exposed..you have upgraded your db's but it has to be proven that it will work, still yet another ? mark..
Maybe our Tackles don't collapse the pocket enough because in a 3-4 there is only one Tackle. It also could be that last year we played with a converted DE at NT and this year we may be using a more legit NT.

But I don't know, this is back to discussing football and is probably way over your head.

4)last but not least,no matter how you play in regular season that pressure of winning a playoff game grows more and more each time you win a game during the season!! thats my take on why this team is way overrated!! any comments? BRING IT!!
Pressure on a football team is a good thing. You wouldn't know that because the only pressure you've ever felt is when you have Montezuma's revenge and aren't sure you will make it to the can before you have an accident.

Brought it.

Yeah......

Rewatch the game.

It was clear that we were pretty much in control of the game. You made it close in the end, but that was merely an aberration.

You offense was not scoring at will on our defense. They worked hard for every yard, dinking and dunking. Our gameplan on defense was simply to not let Portis run on us......he didn't. WP was kinda surprised you all threw that much. Campbell passed for 320 yards, but it took him almost 60 throws to do it. That's hardly anywhere near dominating...that's around an 80 QB rating.

And I am thankful we won. I always am.

1.I think the OLine is an all world pass-protecting Oline, but I think our run blocking needs a better FB, and more from the TE position, but I'll let it slide if I can get the advantages of Witten in receiving.

2.I don't think JG is a run-first type of coordinator, I think he passes to set up the run, but if he wanted to run, I'm pretty sure we could kick some tail there.

3. With regard to run-defense, I think our front 3 are exceptional. When it comes to passrush, I think we need to settle on who we want doing that, I believe we had too many rotating situations, I think if we can settle on Canty/Ratliff and Tank we could have consistant pressure by those 3.

4. I think we need better pass coverage from our inside LBs, but outside of that, we dominate in the run, and shallow areas, it's just the deep middle that worries me.

5. Henry is deadly as long as he doesn't have to run deep one on one with receivers, in the shallow areas, you're gambling trying to constantly throw at him.

6. Newman is no Deion in coverage but who is? As far as I'm concerned, you're slitting your own wrist if throw at Newman more than 4 or 5 times a game.

7. Ware is a stud, Ellis is slick and crafty. He's not very fast, but he just knows how to weave his way though and get after the QB, and we'll see about Spencer this year.

8. Roy still can be dangerous if you know how to use him. He still has the ability to get in the passing lanes and pick balls off, but he's really good just prancing around the field, showing up when you least expect him, but if you ask him to cover all game long, I don't think so.

9. Adam Jones and Hamlin are legit play-makers, so don't ask your QB to continually throw their way.

Their's your answer, now go away.
