Most Overrated Prospect

its probably more "over-hyped" than over-rated.
i think he'll be a good pro....but some media folks go beyond that.
i think he'll be good....not great.
i still think Tua is the best QB in the class.

Yeah, I really like Tua too.. If I had to pick I don’t think I could make that decision.

Both guys are most likely going to terrible franchises so the odds are against them.

If Tua somehow gets past 5 I hope we push all the chips forward and go get that guy..

Tua and Dallas is a dream scenario.

Tua Tagavalioa. Give another QB 3 high quality prospect WRs,1st & 2nd rounders on the o-line and a dominant defense. Put Tua on another team like San Diego State and see if he would do the same??
.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Did you consider everything he did was against high level competition?

He won a Heisman just like Johnny Manziel and Ty Detmer did. How did they turn out in the pros?

Okudah maybe? Watched tape on him last night. Not saying he doesn't have talent and love his effort... but he didn't face any top receivers or quarterbacks. Let me see him against LSU and we can evaluate vs Henderson, Diggs, etc.

Some succeed, some fail. Maybe you're right. But I'm guessing he does a lot better than those guys.

Man hard to agree with that one...google his PFF stats and you’ll see all kinds of crazy numbers.

Hasn’t allowed over 50 yards in 27 games.

Agree it would’ve been awesome to see him against LSU.

Joe Burrow. He had a stacked roster. There's a reason these Alabama QBs never amount to much in the NFL. Same will be with Burrow and Tua imo. I think one of these guys like Eason will end up being the best qb I this draft

I think it can be argued Burrow had the single greatest season for a QB in college football history based on the stats, level of competition, and the end result (championship).

I also think there are a ton of question marks behind him because there's not an extended track record behind him. The expectations are so high for him that I don't see how he'll ever live up to them.

Pretty good point. This past season was one of the best I can remember from a QB...and he killed it in big games. But it was really only one year.

That said, I’d take him 1 overall. He has elite instincts and feels pressure and sees the field so well. His arm is good enough, but not elite.

I think he’s a much better prospect than Tua.

So.Burrow isnt good either according to you...what about Joe Montana, Elway, Bradshaw, Manning, Brady ..geez I guess every QB that has success sucks

None of those guys you mentioned were midgets

chase Young. Its very hard to translate to the pro level from DE/dt. The speed of the game and such. The talent level he will face each week. I suspect he will struggle all year.

DE is literally the position that has translated the best of late in high draft picks..just about every elite edge coming out in the last few years has been a major hit...chase young will be no different

hey I hope your right and I am wrong. That said, go back and watch the game he had against Wisconsin. He was shut out all game. He will face that kind of an oline every week in the NFL.

100% at least two of the top ten OTs drafted will be huge busts. I just dont know which ones....
Remember when 50% if this board actually thought Gabe Carimi, Nate Solder, Derreck Sherrod and Anthiny Costanzo were better prospects than Tyron. I mean so many thought he was a RT and that woukdnt be able to put weight on,only because Matt Khalil was USC LT . How'd that work out for Khalil?
In all fairness, Tyron’s scouting reports were dead on. He did jump offsides a good bit and hold while struggling at the right tackle position. He did have trouble maintaining his weight for a while. Nobody knows if a player can overcome the concerns at draft time. If his body did not come to the point where it could keep the weight on him, he would not have been very good. Drafting Tyron was no sure thing, but I am glad it worked out in the Cowboy’s favor.

Do you really want to bring up the Ryan Leaf, Ryan Mallet, David Carr, Jamarcus Russell, and 100s if QBs that had great physical talents but were total busts.

I agree on Eason. I think he's very very good
