Failla is the judge that screwed him. The appeals threshold is a tough one to meet, especially for a denied injunction.

So basically they had already decided the outcome before the lawyers even walked in the building. Why go through with the Sham,, just deny it on the spot and move on. Wasting everyone's time and still proving yourself to be crooked doesn't really help the courts.
