no, he wasn't
2nd circuit overturned Fallia? When did that happen?
no, he wasn't
It is what it is. I expected this outcome, but I'm still mad about it. It's a shame that the CBA dictates some much power to the NFL. The next time the CBA comes up, I expect this to be a major topic.
Also makes me see the NFL front office in an even uglier light.makes you wonder about his legal team.
Yep that's it in a nutshell.Sums it up perfectly:
He should be nice an hungry by then too.Well at least zeke will be fresh for playoffs. Let's hope he stays in football shape over the next 6 weeks.
4-2 at the worst easy.Falcons
Eagles
Chargers
Commanders
Giants
Raiders
That’s not that bad

To give Zeke's team an opportunity to present contradicting facts and/or case law that supports their case.
I think they can go 4-2 without him.I appreciate the attempt to sugar coat. But missing Zeke for the next 6 games sucks no matter how you slice it.
The team still needs to go 5-3 the last 8 games to have a realistic shot at the playoffs.

Seeing how they have a goal of rushing to court as soon as they release their results so they can make a player serve a suspension before getting a trail is beyond ugly and reeks of corporate corruption at its worst.
This entire case just does way more harm to the league than any good PR that they believe comes from it.
I wouldnt like this type of behavior if it was happening to any player.
It shouldn't even be part of the discussion. The commissioner should be fully excluded from any disciplinary action and it would be up to a committee comprised of NFL executives and NFLPA members.
I hope Jerry makes Roger Goon-ell pay for this injustice. B'bye, Comish. Go flip burgers somewhere.
